This 2.5-hour session is perfect for those wanting to dive deeper into the world of self-exploration.
Through breath, sound, and voice, we will open the body to a deeper internal energy, allowing tensions, feelings, and sensations to move and express themselves.
At the heart of this session lies exploration, experimentation, and the dynamic tension between the known and unknown, safety and resistance—using breath and voice as our entry points.
We will alternate between guided breathwork and facilitated voice activation, gradually building the experience and allow for gentle integration towards the end.
A long breathwork session will help open the body, allowing you to fully be and embrace yourself. This will be guided by Steven Ebbers, Breathwork and Somatic Therapist.
Lidia Lins, musician and voice activation coach, will support you in uncovering your true voice—interweaving voice exploration throughout the session.
This evening is an opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself and others, fostering a refreshed relationship with your body and voice.

🌿 Lidia Lins – Holds a PhD in Sciences, a post-grad in Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, and is a qualified stress and burnout coach. A singer-songwriter, she is also the founder of Your Naked Voice Mentorship, a 3-month journey into authentic and assertive voice exploration.
🌿 Steven Ebbers – A qualified Breathwork Facilitator, International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited coach, and Cranio-Sacral Therapist with a background in Clinical Psychology (BSc + MSc).
Equipment:
🧘♂️ Yoga mats and blankets are available at Behaus Studio. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or cushion if you prefer.
Preparation:
