The Breathlife Micro-Community
A Space for the Person behind
the Business.
A Micro Community for Professionals in Lisbon seeking drive, fresh perspectives and
connection.
We meet once per month for a Circle.
Sessions designed to engage meaningfully with a small group of people,
who you will actually get to know over
time.
Through in depth, facilitated, conversations and somatic
exploration.
Combined with insights and practical action points to
integrate.
This community will have a maximum of 30 people, ever.
Who are the others?
They are entrepreneurs, leaders and those with a founders mindset.
And yet not exactly like you, which is what makes it rich and diverse.
They noticed that Lisbon is great but is lacking the kind of drive you find in places like London and New York.
They were looking for ongoing, in depth relationships with people who can relate. Find a group who supports and keeps them accountable.
And they were ready to fully show up, which can’t be done without including the body. Making gut-based decisions, set boundaries and avoid burn-out.
Sounds familiar? Come to one of our free Try-Outs.
Structured approach
We combine both somatic work with in depth conversations to provide you with clear insights your whole being is behind. With people who will hold you accountable as you’re experimenting with showing up differently. One micro-step at a time.
To achieve this we need consistency and reciprocity.
Why Somatics
Because you’re not a brain-taxi; most of the time your body knows exactly what your next move should be if only we’d listen. The body doesn’t know how to lie.
So we adopt a whole-self approach; using the data your body is sending you in your favour and learning to operate the unknown calmy and confidently.
Why Conversations
Running a business can feel isolating. We need a sounding board.
That’s why we connect with with like-minded people who understand your challenges so we can get to the heart of the matter.
Because most networking events miss the mark.
What we need are spaces for real, honest conversations—where you feel seen and supported.
This requires facilitation and safe witnesses.
We meet once per month for 4hrs in groups of 5-6 people for a Circle. We switch up the groups every month. Always in and around Lisbon.
A Circle consists of two parts:
- Somatic Work: Think breathwork, embodied exercises, movement, constellations.
- Facilitated Conversation: Discuss your challenges, be listened to and receive reflections.
Every fifth month we meet for a Gathering.
Bringing the whole community together at a beautiful venue for a deep dive into a topic that feels relevant and alive.
Imagine talks, workshops and great food.
Every sixth month is free of events and sessions to allow for integration.
In addition, once a month you will receive One-to-One support if you wish.
This can be one of three:
- Breathwork & Somatic Therapy
- Coaching
- Cranio-Sacral Therapy
We have a WhatsApp group as well for when you need a helping hand, have questions about anything business related i.e. raising funding or need a last minute beach tennis partner.
What a year membership practically looks like:
Want to have a chat first?
Is this truly for you?
Any questions that need answering.

you need one.”

Breathlife’s mission is to help people feel safe enough to re-establish their relationship with themselves, others and the world around us.
By creating contexts where people have the permission to fully feel and renegotiate themselves back to a sense of embodied self.
